Dr. Rebecca offers an evidence based and patient centered approach to pain education and management.
Whether you’re on your feet all day or sitting for hours, comfort is key to being your best self – at work and in life. Custom orthotics are designed to enhance your comfort, support your alignment, and improve overall well-being, helping you feel your best wherever life takes you.
Dr. Rebecca works closely with a pedorthist at the orthotic laboratory that she orders all custom orthotics from to ensure that you get the best custom care possible. She uses an electronic 3D volumetric scanner to create a digital scan of the foot which operates as the model upon which the orthotic is manufactured.

How Custom Orthotic Help
- Support & Comfort: Orthotics help to correct your alignment from the ground up, helping to distribute weight evenly across your feet, reduce pressure on problem areas, and enhance comfort for long hours of standing, walking, or sitting. They can even improve comfort in uncomfortable footwear such as high heels, work boots, and more!
- Improved Posture & Alignment: Custom orthotics can improve posture by supporting foot alignment, reducing strain on your legs, hips, and back, and helping you feel more balanced.
- Support Active Lifestyles: Enhances comfort for walking, running, and standing.
Preventative & Recovery: Ideal for preventing common injuries like plantar fasciitis or heel pain, orthotics also assist in recovering from chronic foot pain or discomfort, making it easier to stay active and comfortable in daily life.
Common Conditions and How Custom Foot Orthotics Can Help
Dr. Rebecca has been trained to treat a wide spectrum of conditions as listed below:
How It Works:
Each style can be custom-built to meet your unique needs, footwear, and lifestyle.
Step 1: Book an orthotics assessment with Dr. Rebecca, who will evaluate your posture, gait, and foot structure.… Don’t forget to bring your footwear to the appointment!
Step 2: A 3D foot scan and detailed orthotic order form are sent to Crux Laboratory for custom fabrication.
Step 3: Once your orthotics arrive at the clinic, a dispensing appointment is scheduled for Dr. Rebecca to fit your orthotics and provide you with guidance to ensure a smooth, supportive break-in process.
Note: Most extended healthcare insurance plans require a medical doctor’s prescription for custom orthotics dated prior to the chiropractic custom orthotics assessment date. Please review your specific insurance plan requirements prior to booking.
