  • Session 1 (Dr. Annie Cannon): How do I know I am in perimenopause? Is testing helpful? What tests do I need?
  • Session 2 (Dr. Sarah Wuest): Discussions on maintaining muscle mass and preventing osteoporosis
  • Session 3 (Dr. Annie Cannon): Nutrition and supplement insights to help support common symptoms like hot flashes, mood swings, sleep disturbances , and weight gain
  • Session 4 (Leona Ham): All things vagina and how to exercise
