Age-Friendly Speaker Series
Active Balance Health Centre is excited to have been invited back to participate in the 2026 Town of Okotoks Age‑Friendly Speaker Series, a program dedicated to inspiring, informing, and empowering older adults in our community. This year, we’re proud to feature three of our practitioners,
Dr. Annie Cannon, Naturopathic Doctor
Leona Ham, Pelvic Floor Physiotherapist
Dr. Rebecca McAllister, Chiropractor
who will collectively present four engaging sessions throughout the series. Drawing on their professional expertise and passion for supporting healthy, meaningful aging, our speakers look forward to sharing practical insights, thoughtful guidance, and approachable strategies that resonate with real life at every stage.
