Seniors Week in Okotoks – Come Learn & Play with Us!

Seniors’ Week is recognized annually across Alberta to celebrate the important contributions seniors make to enhance the quality of life in Alberta!

ABHC is excited to participate in Seniors’ Week

Come Learn & Play with Us!

Age is just a number – Let’s keep it that way. Time to kick it off!

Join Sarah Sparks, for a FREE Speaker Series talk with the Town of Okotoks on May 28 at 1 PM at 204 Community Way, Okotoks — open to anyone 65+ (and no need to register, just show up).

She’ll dive into how Muscle Activation Technique (MAT) and simple functional movements can help you stay strong, mobile, and independent — no matter how many candles are on your cake.

Bring your friends, bring your family — everyone’s welcome!

Here are more awesome activities and workshops coming your way!
