Created specifically to support women’s health and well-being, Active Balance Women’s Health brings a focused women’s health care team to Okotoks and surrounding areas. We look forward to welcoming new and existing patients and helping them feel informed, supported and cared for during all things “women”.

We’re excited to share some wonderful news! Active Balance Health Centre is growing with the introduction of Active Balance Women’s Health, a new branch dedicated to the unique health concerns and changing needs of women throughout their lives.

At Active Balance Health Centre, we believe everyone deserves access to compassionate, evidence-informed care that considers the whole person. As our clinic continues to grow, we recognize that some aspects of women’s health deserve a dedicated space where patients can feel comfortable discussing personal, sensitive, or often-overlooked concerns.

Active Balance Women’s Health will provide a more focused home for women seeking support with their health at every stage of life. From hormonal changes and menopause to pelvic health and other women-specific concerns, our goal is to make it easier for women to find appropriate care, feel heard, and work with practitioners who understand their needs.

We also know that health doesn’t fit neatly into categories. That’s why Active Balance Health Centre will continue to welcome people of all ages, with a broad range of health concerns and treatment needs. Our commitment to collaborative, patient-centred care remains at the heart of everything we do.

This expansion allows us to create a clearer identity for women’s health services while continuing to offer the inclusive, multidisciplinary care our community knows and trusts.
