At your appointment, you can expect to be run through a thorough full assessment intended to come to a specific diagnosis.
- Dr. Sarah or Dr. Taylor will explain everything to you in detail. They will present you with their proposed plan of care and expected outcomes.
- If appropriate, you will have your first treatment that same day!
- Treatment may involve soft tissue treatment, joint manipulation when appropriate, active rehabilitation, and education. You are in the driver’s seat of your care and are given the tools to get better and stay better!
- Together, you come up with a plan that works for you and then you get to work. Your progress will be monitored and communicated throughout your care. These doctors will not leave you guessing.
After initial assessment, the doctor will perform your first adjustment and treatment, in order to develop an appropriate management program. Depending on your individual case, the doctors are trained to prescribe nutritional recommendations, therapeutic exercises, and injury rehabilitation strategies.
