The Great Pause: The Sequel is Here
You thought you’d seen the last of it…but every great story deserves a sequel!
Just when you thought the plot couldn’t get any twistier…The Great Pause is BACK!
We had such a positive response to our Perimenopause and Menopause series last year, we’re bringing it back under the banner of a newly created Active Balance Women’s Health.
Our perimenopause and menopause talk series is returning for another round of real conversations about the changes that come with midlife. From hormones doing their own thing, and nights spent negotiation with your thermostat to pelvic health, metabolism and everything in between, we’re here to separate fact from fiction and make this stage of life a little less mysterious.
Expect expert insights, relatable conversations and plenty of “Wait…that’s normal?!” moments.
The Active Balance Women’s Health talk series returns once or twice a month until February so stay tuned on our socials, email and website for upcoming dates. Registration for the talks can be found on Eventbrite.
Because if menopause is going to bring plot twists, we might as well understand the storyline.
